Nicer than expected
Nice hotel. Good view of Mt Fuji. They gave us a room that was below the category we booked. Thankfully I took a screenshot of our room type which was a renovated room. Rang the reception and asked about the room type so they moved us into the one we booked. Rooms are good size. Buffet breakfast was decent. Had a nice selection of options. They have a drinks table in front of the reception that guests can help themselves with. Some staff speak doable English. I would recommend this hotel but make sure you have a pic of your room type booked to avoid any disappointment.

Good but a little far from everything.
Beautiful view of the lake and Mount Fuji.
Few activities around, that's what we missed with 2 teenagers.
Solar bikes for 5 per hour but not always functional, otherwise bike at 2 per hour.
Decent room, nothing more for the price.
Quality onsen.
Very few restaurants around, that's what is really missing, plan a taxi budget....
Staff not always welcoming, especially very strict about everything.
We were refused access to the hotel restaurant for 2 minutes. 8:02 PM instead of 8:00 PM.
So mixed opinion on this establishment
