Room was clean and everything listed on the website was accurate. The only issue was when we did laundry you could smell sewer gas. Other than that everything was good no other issues. We would stay there again.

there's no receptionist at the premise. Everything is via a tablet that connects you to the receptionist via video call. Check in is ok, except that as we need a parking lot, the staff make a mistake by giving us a parking lot that was already taken up by another car. Had trouble communicating as staff doesn't really understand English. need to use translator app to make them understand, Finally, after 10-15 mins, they finally understand what we are trying to say & allocate us another parking lot.
Room is clean and big, with a separate living room and laundry room. Bed is comfortable as well.

One of the best locations for a visit to Okinawa. Great walking distance to American Village and the beach. The surrounding area is idealic to walk around the parks. Great parking layout! It can be very hard to move your vehicle through some areas in the island but I no issues at this hotel. The rooms are very well kept. Thank you to the Staff at M's Stay Okinawa!!!

This was my second stay at this location. The room was spotless and situated in a prime area.

Check-in was stressful as I had not received the necessary email to provide a code to access the building and there are no staff onsite. Once I gained access, the room accommodations were nice. I enjoyed having a washer/drying so I could refresh my towels as needed. The futon/couch is worn and uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.
