Not a Penthouse

The room booked said Penthouse #1010 to be exact. It was far from a penthouse room or suite. The door doesn't close shut without light showing around the doors. The shower still has the tub faucet installed even though the tub was removed and turned into a shower. The room also is aged and needs repairs. To justify the room on the top floor, it should not be listed as penthouse.

Very relaxing and enjoyable

Location was central accessibility to food and shopping was good.
Atmosphere was enjoyable. The room was clean and refreshing . Value for money.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I will keep going back.
I had a very good view from my room's balcony. Clean bedroom and bathroom.
Delicious breakfast.

Lascelles good customer service keep it up

Lascelles the desk bellman is so helpful to me and my mother. Rooms are very comfortable.
