Excellent Hotel.
Our first experience of this Hotel while waiting to check in was a young man ...Dylan from guest services who approached my wife offering to take our two bags to our room. I had a back injury, so this was most welcome. No request had been made and we were very appreciative of this young man's observational skills. He was extremely helpful, courteous, customer focused and at ease in conversation and interaction.
In general, this is a really comfortable quality hotel with very efficient staff in a really nice location.
Highly Recommended.

4 rooms booked as part of our stay and 3/4 out on top of the ballroom with a wedding underneath. Terrible management of room assignments and made for a very unpleasant stay and impossible nights sleep for the children

The food is very good here and also the atmosphere. However for the odd warm summer months we have, not so good. No air conditioning in rooms and also the duvet for the beds are those that suit the winter months.

Room was dated and very very hot. Cheap fan not effective and eas only 20 degrees outside. Beds not comfortable. General areas including restaurants, bar area and reception were lovely. Pool disappointing as a middle section was laned off making the rest feel very small. Jacuzzi had far too much chlorine which actually stung your eyes. Disappointing stay for money paid.

Family getaway
Excellent hotel Elaine who checked us in was so friendly and helpful and from there on we had a wonderful stay
Suite was perfect for our families needs and food amazing. Kids loved the buffet dinner they loved that they coukd get a bit of everything. Breakfast was great aswell such a relaxing stay
