Review

The hotel is amazing, cozy , has two pools with a mesmerizing view , staff is humble , kind and smiling. Most importantly, the room is very clean.
The guy at the reception is very cool and ensures that everything goes well.

Our five-night stay was unfortunately disappointing and did not live up to our expectations. The property does not clearly disclose how far the rooms are from the lobby or how many stairs are required to reach them. We stayed in a Deluxe River View room, and the distance was extreme. The amount of stairs required to get to and from the room and the street was genuinely a workout. This is something guests should be made aware of before booking, especially anyone with mobility concerns.
Housekeeping was another major issue. During our entire five-night stay, our sheets and pillowcases were never changed, even after we specifically requested the room to be serviced. We also had to ask for basic necessities like toilet paper and fresh towels. When towels were provided, we received only two large bath towels and no smaller towels for our hands or face.
The shower was also poorly designed or maintained. When turned on, water leaked out of the supposedly sealed shower and flooded the bathroom floor, including behind the toilet. This happened every time we showered and was extremely inconvenient.
The most frustrating issue was the noise above our room. Staff were dragging and rearranging furniture at approximately 4:00 AM on two consecutive mornings. The noise was extremely loud inside our room, woke me up, and prevented me from falling back asleep. This was completely unacceptable and significantly impacted our stay. Overall, would not recommend this hotel.

Very nice place close to the city center, attentive staff, very comfortable bed,

Quiet cozy place, with beautiful views.

A quiet and cozy place. It's a nice, well-kept green area. Two beautiful infinity pools. Beautiful views. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts, there is a choice of 3 options, always a plate of fresh fruit. I loved the hotel stay, I'd come back again.

It's the perfect place for rebooting, meditation and a romantic getaway. I'll definitely come back here again! Recommend to everyone

She stopped from 1.06-3.06.2026 very much liked it. Located right in the heart of the wild jungle, the hotel creates a sense of complete isolation from the urban noise.
What I liked the most:
*Atmosphere: waking up to the singing of exotic birds and the sound of wildlife is priceless.
* Territory: manicured paths, abundance of greenery and a stunning infinity pool overlooking the wild jungle.
* Staff: incredibly friendly and sympathetic people who genuinely care about each guest.
* Restaurant: Breakfast was great, 3 options to choose from,to each dish bring a plate of fresh fruit that is very tasty and sweet.
