Nice Stay
I booked a Standard Room with 1 large bed that already includes sahur. Interestingly, for sahur and breakfast upgraded to Novotel Semarang as still in the same management/owner. I think it's a pretty pleasant addition, because ibis budget guests can still enjoy the dining facilities at the higher hotel.
During the stay, the service of the hotel staff was also very helpful. I was assisted by Mas Figo and Mbak Mega from the friendly and responsive Front Office. In addition, the housekeeping team also helps keep the room clean and comfortable.
The location of the hotel in my opinion is very strategic, close to the center of Semarang and easy to various places. The hotel is also part of the Accor group, so the standard of service and management is quite reliable.
For the size of a budget hotel, the room is comfortable enough for rest, especially for guests who just need a practical and efficient accommodation. Overall, my experience staying here was quite enjoyable and helped me rest well before the lecturer's exam the next day.
