Wonderful Pristine Grounds on the lake.

A fabulous walking tour of lovely ground and an amazing tour of the private home of Edsil and Elenor Fords in sanctions of simple although opulent lifestyle.The docents and curator explain historical and personal facts about the Ford family. Not to be missed.

Recommended for Backpacker Tourist and Travelling alone

When I need a place to stay one night in Bandung, gratefully I found this place . Elenor's Home offered surprisingly good price for a full furnished and clean single bed room with WIFI access, fan, hot/cold shower, cable TV and breakfast. There are only 7 rooms, and it is quite homey. Located on strategic area of Bandung, it is very easy to access. Only about 4 km from Bandung Train Station, you can get there by Gojek or taxi if you are travelling with companies.
For me who often travel alone and need easy acces to everything, this place is in a must-to-find list.

It was average. The shopping and food we're quite nearby.
Perhaps a signage on the main ròad help. Most vehicles including the taxis often missed the location.
The people who managed the place are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast normalĺy is from 7am to 10am. When we need to check out at 5.30am, I asked them to prepare us 4 hardboiled eggs that we can eat at the airport. At 5.15am not only the eggs are ready, even the breakfast is ready.

A Hidden Hotel

This place is hidden in a small lane that a lot of people could not find the location. It's best to drag your luggge and wait for the taxi at the roadside of the main road. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is nothing to shout about. It's just a simple rice and chicken. The toilet is old and the drainage is smelly. The floor mat provided is filthy. No shampoo and no soap but there is a towel provided. Everyone (the staff included) smokes indoor making the whole place stinks.
