Experience staying

The hotel is strategic because it's on the side of the road. So if you want to cook or want to go to a very close mini-market can be reached on foot.
The hotel is also clean, the service is satisfying. The food is good too. If I visit Bali again, I will choose this hotel.

No hot water for shower for 2 days of our stay. I tried to discuss concern with hotel staff but they did not find a solution and said they did not speak English.
Bad customer service - elevator was not working. Breakfast was finished by 8 am even though we were told breakfast was until 10 am. I had to ask for food. Hotel staff was not proactive. The safe was not working.
The air conditioner was broken.
