Good hotel near the highway

The room is small but enough for sleep. The breakfast has various menu and the taste is good. The location of the hotel is near Resinda Park Mall so makes convenient to stay

Upgrade room that doesn't favor smooth and sticky floors, curtains, stitched seats, stains, uncleaned stains

I'm with the family check in tgl 26 March and check out tgl 27, getting a room that has to be in up grade to bussines room with the addition of charge krn room that I Booking said is not available due to mistake sy also the wrong reserve month, tp should be the room that can sy placein cleaner well this pass in room 0707 floor room in the condition still smooth and glued chairs in the state of dirty stains maybe anyone will also risih sitting and curtain wounded seams curtain is very unfavorable, for Bfast sy help with a good taste but over all very uncomfortable

First experience at the British hotel karawang

My experience at this hotel is very satisfied, the hotel staff is all very friendly and professional, the rooms are very clean, the food is delicious, the bed is comfortable, the tub works well, and the air conditioning is cold so you can sleep well
