Perfect Hotel
Hotel beyond our expectations. The staff is really at the top. Hotel massage with komang she really has fairy hands at the top, perfect. The restaurant is perfect we eat very well, the food is very good. Even I'm gluten-free, they've adapted to my diet.
The only problem at the hotel, the mosquitoes. But don't worry, they're doing what's necessary. You can also take advantage to make outings rent a scooter, everything is doable to broom. A great experience.

If your expecting 5 star Accomdation food and service you will be greatly disappointed
Poor location with no facilities near by, accessible only by very poorly maintained unadopted road, taxi/grab required for any thing outside the hotel. Tired rooms and building in need of maintenance and upgrading, broken dirty upholstered chairs, broken sun loungers lights, dirty pools and fillers.
Little to no facilities in hotel, those available poor quality, roof top bar and restaurant, pool bar separate pool- all need renovating
Food poor quality and repetitive
Definitely not a 5 star so if your expecting it you will be very disappointed
Spa staff really pleasant as are some of the staff

The aromatherapy massage was absolutely wonderful and incredibly relaxing. The essential oils smelled lovely, the therapist’s touch was gentle and professional, and I felt completely calm and stress‑free the whole time. It was such a soothing and rejuvenating experience.
