Great food and non-stop partying.

Above all, the food convinced us, but the view was also beautiful. Unfortunately, it was super loud at night because people were partying everywhere. A bit difficult for us at night, since we left for the Bromo tour at 3 a.m., but very pleasant in itself.

Stunning views

We stayed at Manis Ae Bromo for 2 nights. Unfortunately, we came during the period that Bromo national park was closed but nevertheless, had a wonderfully relaxing time at the hotel.
Staff: all the staff we came across were friendly and helpful. They even offered to take us to the local Masjid for Friday prayers, free of charge - it was a fantastic experience and we truly appreciated their kindness and generosity!
Rooms: we had a junior suite and king room on the 7th floor. The views were absolutely stunning, especially in the junior suite which had glass to ceiling windows across two walls. The bathroom was nice and the amenities smelt good. No air conditioning in the room (as far as we could tell) but not needed while we were there in August. We also didn’t see a safe in the room.
Restaurant: the food here was fantastic. The taste of the pizza crust was some of the best I’ve ever had. We really enjoyed the Indonesian-spiced whole grilled chicken and whole fried chicken. Prices were reasonable.
My kids absolutely loved the astroturf football field - didn’t need to be booked, available to use all day. They had a blast.
Tips: We went to a local cafe called Apsara which had fantastic views of Bromo. We tried to visit the glass skybridge about 10-15 mins away but I think we arrived too late in the morning (about 11) so it was closed to us. Also, if your kids get carsick, I’d recommend anti sickness tablets as the drive to the hotel is very wind-ey.
Overall, a really enjoyable stay and would recommend it!

Stunning mountain view and great services

We stayed here for one night right before our Mt. Bromo sunrise trip, and Manis Ae is absolutely worth spending a day at either before or after your tour. The room was large, warm and cozy which is exactly what you need in the chilly Bromo climate. The mountain view directly from our balcony was stunningly beautiful!
The staff members were so helpful and welcoming, the young ladies at the front desk were cute and sweet
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who are planning a trip to Mt. Bromo to enrich your journey!

Hotel hits in bromo

One of those places hits Bromo by its bridge. The cafe is beautiful and the fnb is affordable. Totally worth to rate the room by its facility. Hot water works well. Location & atmosphere very good. Breakfast okay. Staff very friendly.
