Good
It was quiet and there was a pool in front of the room... I woke up to the birds singing and felt like I was surrounded by nature, so I was able to relax. The room was Bari-style, so I was able to relax in the comfortable coolness.

Really bad episode of faulty towers
Daily housecleaning, a joke, only room cleaned daily were the vacant ones. Asked for linen change, never happened in 5 days of my stay. 24 hour front desk, yep desk is there every minute day or night, good luck getting help after 4pm (even if there is a guy sitting at the desk, he just ignores you). Just for fun ask for sunny side up eggs with well browned toast and butter (every day without fail whisked fried eggs and vaguely toasted bread, butter if they remember), even showed kitchen a pic of eggs sunny side up, still arrived as whisked fried eggs.

Dump
Wish we had read reviews before our stay. If you get room 3, request to move immediately. We did after two nights. Dirt, dust, cockroaches, exposed wires from holes in the wall. Holes in the roof. There were ants in the sugar bowl at breakfast so I pointed it out to a staff member to take away. They put the exact same bowl back the next day. Same ants and all. When the two of us arrived, mid day heat with 5 bags we were met by a shirtless man who didn't offer to help with bags, didn't put on a shirt and stayed sitting on the ground. We named him Lump. We were moved to room 1 after a second sleepless night in room 3, which was passable. They charged us more for this without telling us. After we left, having checked out with Lump, a female staff member and a younger guy, we got a message through bookings accusing us of having stolen the room keys. After we left a well deserved bad review on bookings we got more abuse in a reply from the management, using what we now see is their favourite phrase; you want quality, you go to 5 star hotel!
Horrible, lazy staff make this place a dump. It actually has the potential to be nice if they cared about it.

Bad experience
I booked a room there for a week..
The website was saying that ..
Great location, friendly staff, clean room, Internet in the room, hot shower..
I arrived, first not easy to reach the hotel, small road no light, the hotel is at the end of the road ..
Getting to the hotel, again not enough lights, my room was on a 3 floor lot of difficulties to access the room specially if you have some baggage with you.
Nothing special about the room, small , 1 bed and 1 chair ,
I find out that almost no water was coming from the shower cold or hot ( impossible to take a shower) there was no internet connection in the room , I had to get out and go near by the receptionist to get sporadically some connection..on top of that they are building another building so close to the one I was that the noise was an inconvenience..
I staid there for 3 nights and left ...
No problem, paid for the 3 nights and left ..
The same evening got an email saying that I have made another reservation for this hotel for another 3 nights?
I contacted the hotel to let them not that I never booked another 3 nights and I got an email back saying that .
I broke the shower !!
I replied to this email
I could see that nothing was built properly in this hotel...
NO I haven’t been able to use the shower myself because there was no water coming trough...
Hot or not , I cleaned myself using the sink ...
I wasn’t happy by this situation
Actually he knew the problem in the room, (same about the room next door,I spoke with the person who rented it ) and now he was accusing me and asking me to pay for something that was already not working...
Finally after many emails between us
His final was that he believed in Karma ..
Well I will advise him to google the world karma and educate himself about it ..
I will not advise anyone to go to there ..

Nice place, but...
We had to leave the room at 2 in the morning because of BEDBUGS which were all over the beds. Mattress seemed fine at first sight but it wasn't.
Everything else was ok (nice pool).
