Calm Oasis - lovely rooms
Pro’s: Beautiful little oasis - very clean and quiet, beautiful rooms and extremely good rates. Lovely wee pool that you can actually swim in - good depth. I would definitely recommend for these reasons.
Con’s: The property management is no where to be seen and don’t answer messages via Booking.com. Their website email link has been disabled. So if you need anything, you’re on your own! At the end of an unlit lane so a little disconcerting when coming home at night but I didn’t feel unsafe. My shower needs descaling - spitting out in all directions. A little off the beaten track - about 15-20 minutes walk to town centre and/or beach but I’d prefer a wee walk to come back to a quiet house!

The location, price, and cleanliness are excellent. During my stay in Bali, it was a very good place; no dampness, humidity, or odors. A place I would recommend 100/100.

Super stay
We stayed here for 1 month. What a nice place. Excellent room (suite), good breakfast and the staff friendly and professional. Close to several restaurants, private bike rental and close to the Jl. Tamblingan. We'll be back.

A beautiful discovery! Unbeatable value for money.
We stayed at Linda Villa for three nights. The structure is really very nice, and our room was bright and spacious, nicely decorated, with a wardrobe (with light inside), coffee table in front of the bed with a wicker stool, two bedside tables where you can store your things and air conditioning.
Nice bathroom with large shower, change towels every morning when the room was cleaned.
Breakfast included in the price with always a plate of fresh fruit, and then choice of eggs, omelets and toast with jams, pancakes, friend Rice or anything else I do not remember, coffee or tea.
There are several swimming pools, we had one but we could also use the one in the common area, where breakfast is served. Which is really nice and big. Every morning it was cleaned and there are some nice sunbeds at
provision,
The staff was really great during the emergency due to the adverse meter. In fact, in these days there have been problems due to heavy rains (and not only, I also saw fallen trees and other damage) caused by a tropical cyclone that hit Bali and neighboring islands. A very rare phenomenon in this area.
The streets were like rivers and the cars couldn't get to the area where we were.
The staff guys helped us at checkout, with a boat they loaded our luggage (and for a stretch also myself) and accompanied us to the streets where taxis could arrive. All this in the incessant rain.
They were amazing, thank you very much indeed.
The stay was pleasant despite the bad weather conditions also thanks to them who were able to manage the situation.
I hope to return to Sanur and would definitely stay at Linda Villa again.

Staff on-site for peace of mind
The staff is always on-site and the property is well-maintained.
The free shuttle from the airport seems to depend on the amount of use. Since we were using two junior suites, they picked us up for free in one car for four people.
If you pay, it is 250,000RP.
You can choose from four types of breakfast, and for egg dishes, you can choose omelette, fried egg, or scrambled eggs. I recommend nasi goreng.
The villa's bicycle rental is 50,000RP for two bikes per day, which is cheaper than the bicycle rental shops in the area.
The hotel's bicycle rental was out, so they took me to a nearby bicycle rental shop by motorbike.
The room is cleaned and replenished every day.
There is a water server, microwave, and refrigerator (a small refrigerator in the room) in the shared gazebo. Japanese is not spoken.
There were some worn-out towels, probably because of the age. (I stayed here 6 years ago, so this is the second time.)
The shower temperature in my room was not stable and was often low. If the hand shower is placed incorrectly, water will spray in an unexpected direction, flooding the bathroom and toilet, which was a pain.
There is no bathtub.
Although there are some concerns, the Wi-Fi is strong, and supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach are within walking distance, so it is sufficient for the price.
There are three pools, and you can also use the pools in the other buildings.
The villa gate opens at 6am, so you will not be able to catch the sunrise.
If you don't mind not being on the beach, I highly recommend it.
