Perfect location

Our bungalow was perfect, location was fantastic, would definitely stay again, it was right on the beach and the walking track was terrific

Never again

Had an accident during the night (Women’s issue) Only minimal evidence on the sheets. I left the card to ask for my sheets to be changed. Whilst I was waiting in reception waiting for friends I was confronted by hotel staff advising I would need to pay for laundry. I said that’s fine. A staff member then brought out the folded sheets in the main lobby in front of guest to show me the stains. I completely flipped and said take them away disgusting. Never been so embarrassed in my life. I will not stay there again. This was my third visit. Never again.

Excellent staff and location

We hadn’t stayed here for 5-6 years and to be honest not much has changed. The rooms (we stayed upstairs, garden view with private balcony) , the breakfast, and the pool were ok and good value in the shoulder season.. The location and staff were excellent. It might not suit everyone.

Not bad for cost

Quite part of Sanur. Hotel gardens old tradition, Beautiful green Lawns and trees .
Room was clean, cool . It was not bad for cost but need miner cleaning of tiles in bathroom. Sad to say breakfest was below what I was expecting.Very basic.

A old hotel situated in one of the best positions in Sanur. Staff are great and clean towels every day. Yes, rooms are old, but

The Hotel has been here for over 50 years, and it is evident by the lack of maintenance but. This is a reminder of what Bali was in the past frindly staff looks Balanise with old world charm. Fantasitic pool right on the edge of the sea with plenty of deck chairs .If you like a bit more modern decor, go next door and be prepared to pay treble the room rate. Same people have been coming since it opened that tells you something.
