English? I no speek english.

...but that's ok! ;) Not ok is the way how staff is solving this problem - just by dropping the phone. After we tried to call again they politely ansewerd that they don't understand. We didn't quote Shakespeare! We ordered dinner from menu provided by hotel. In the end we went downstairs to reception to be sure they understand what we want. They kindly took our order. After 10 min they call us and... "No order food. No menu anymore"! Bon apetit!

Good location, limited services

Located in a main street of Ciwidey, it's easily found. About 15 km before The White Crater (half an hour by car). If you like a closer and more "natural" hotel there are some other choices.
The hotel has modern style, 3 stories building. The room's quite spacious, equipped with a flat TV. The bed's clean and OK. The wardrobe's quite old.
The minus one was the bathroom. It's very simple, with a shower. Hot water was available but not in good quality.
There was a swimming pool but it seemed unuseable.
Simple Breakfast was served but the restaurant was not operated. The only available menu was fried rice.
In general, the hotel is OK for the price. It was cheap enough (Rp 398k a night).

Not as good as it looks

We were there for one night, at the begining we were amazed by it. But then we started seeing some bad stuff. Don't have breackfast there, really, don't. The most expensive and the worst breackfast we had yet. The room is good but the toilet is very humid and wet all the tine, and some cocoroaches visited us during the night. The staff doesn't speak englis. But the worst of it is wothout a doubt the breakfast.

Kalo buat liburan kurang, dan pelayanan ala kadarnya. Berhubung ga ada pilihan ya terpaksa kita booking dan harga nyanjuga lumayan tinggi.

Hotel Keluarga dekat Kawah Putih

Hari pertama tiba di bandung lgsg melesat ke daerah selatan ini krn sang bunda ratu ingin ke kawah putih & wisata air panas.
Skip, langsung tentang hotelnya...
Kamar cukup luas, dilengkapi satu set meja & kursi yg dekat dengan pintu ke arah balkon. Pada pagi hari kita bisa melihat pemandangan sunrise yg muncul dari balik bukit dari balkon ini.
Springbed besar dan sangat nyaman, cukup untuk kami bertiga.
Fasilitas semakin lengkap dengan hadirnya 2 buah kolam renang beserta playground nya dibagian belakang hotel.
Kamar mandi dilengkapi shower hot & cold water. Toiletries yg disediakan berupa 2 bh handuk tebal, sabun,sampoo,tooth brush & tooth paste.
Segala fasilitas yg terdapat di hotel ini maupun didlm kamar sebenarnya tampak cukup baik, bukan fasilitas 'ecek-ecek' namun kurang terawat, terutama tentang kebersihannya.
Water keetle standard hotel bintang namun banyak debu di permukaannya. bagian dalamnya pun masih terdapat titik-titik air, mungkin bekas pemakai sblmnya.
Dinding kamar mandi dilapisi marmer, namun baik dinding,lantai,hingga tirainya banyak terdapat kerak-kerak berwarna kuning. Bahkan pada lantai km mandi pun sampai terdapat corat-coret berupa tulisan.
Kolam renang pada hari itu hanya satu buah saja yg bisa dipakai oleh tamu, karena kolam renang anaknya walaupun airnya tampak jernih namun setelah didekati ternyata bagian atasnya penuh dilapisi seperti lendir berbusa, mungkin sudah lama airnya tidak diganti. Bahkan ditemukan satu ekor bangkai kecoa pula didalamnya.
Suasana resto cukup nyaman dengan menu breakfast buffet yang cukup menggoda selera ditengah dinginnya suasana pagi ciwidey, tapi lagi-lagi sayang disayang...sumpah, asheen! (baca: asin /salty). Bukan cuma saya & isteri, ternyata beberapa tamu lain pun berpendapat sama. Akhirnya kami sepakat satu suara bahwasanya sang koki harus segera dinikahkan.
Ya sudahlah, kami ambil sisi positifnya...asal tau saja ;)
