Great Room, Great Food, Great Service
The room layout is top-notch, and the bathroom and sink are perfectly positioned. The food is also delicious, and everything has been great so far. Thank you to Oni, Fangky, Lailin, Dika, and Alba for all your help!

Tania and the team made this stay unforgettable, Hotel Santika Kota Blitsr at its absolute best!
"One of the best stays I've had in a while"
The room was spotless. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of, not just surface-level clean but genuinely maintained. The bed was comfortable, the AC was working great, and the bathroom was probably the cleanest hotel bathroom I've seen in a long time. I always pay attention to bathrooms and this one really impressed me.
I also had the chance to use the meeting room during my stay and it was really well set up. Proper lighting, good equipment, the kind of space where you can actually get work done without distractions. It's clear the hotel puts thought into their business facilities, not just the guest rooms.
The restaurant was a nice bonus too. Good food, relaxed atmosphere, and the staff there were genuinely attentive without being over the top about it.
But honestly, the thing that stood out the most was the people. Every single staff member I came across, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant, was warm, professional, and actually seemed happy to help. That kind of consistency is rare.
I want to specifically mention Tania. I came to her a few times during my stay with different questions and every single time she handled it with a smile, gave me clear and helpful information, and made me feel like my questions actually mattered. She's the kind of employee who quietly makes the whole experience better. Hotels are lucky to have people like her on their team.
If you're visiting Blitar, whether for work or just passing through, this is genuinely a great place to stay. Highly recommended.
