The best classic hotel in bandung
I stayed at The Papandayan for 11 days, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained, and has a wonderful fresh lemon scent throughout the lobby.
Everything was spotless during our stay. The rooms were cleaned daily, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food and new dishes every day. On weekends, some breakfast stations were set up by the pool, along with fun activities for children.
The hotel offers many unique experiences, including fish feeding, a beautiful horse-drawn carriage, and live jazz performances that create a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The facilities are excellent, and the location is perfect, close to many attractions.
The highlight of our stay was the amazing staff. Every employee was kind, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to Manager Sofi, who went above and beyond by helping my family. Her kindness made our stay truly unforgettable.

One of the Best Hotels We’ve Ever Stayed At
We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would definitely come back again.
From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the cleanliness is exceptional—not only in the rooms but throughout the entire property. Everywhere feels fresh, clean, and well cared for.
The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with beautiful outdoor seating areas and a relaxing waterfall that creates a peaceful setting. It was one of our favorite places to enjoy breakfast or simply sit and unwind after a day out.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that cater to different tastes. The location is also perfect, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions.
The biggest highlight of our stay was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home throughout our visit.

A heartwarming stay at Papandayan

Wonderful Stay at The Papandayan Hotel Bandung
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent amenities that made my stay relaxing.
I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of local and international dishes.
What impressed me the most was the warm hospitality and attention to detail provided by the staff throughout my stay.
