Perfect property for a luxury Family Vacation

Beautiful property. Top class service and an overall amazing experience.
Perfect place for a family vacation in Auroville.
We traveled with 2 toddlers and 3older kids and everyone absolutely loved it. The pool was clean and well maintained. The rooms are impeccably designed and maintained. The staff is courteous and service is prompt, they make sure your stay is comfortable. Highly recommend it.

Poorest hospitality experience with uncourteous staff

The villa is very beautiful and nice as shown in the pictures.
But the services at villa is below mark. The airconditions doesnt work. There is problem in their genset and stabiliser. The villa has just one staff for the whole 10 bhk. The staff is rude and irresponsible. The booking person Mr Raju doesnt care after receiving the booking amount and doesnt hav courtesy to reply back atall for any complains. Vijay (the caretaker) is arrogant.
Will not advice this villa to any guests. Hospitality is not on their list.
The main owner should take action against such irresponsible staff if they want to rent out this place.

Lack of customer focus, painful

The only plus is property looks good.
Cons:
1. Mr. Raju is a booking manager and his only interest is in booking and getting full money in advance.
2. One person managing 10 Rooms, imagine the plight
3. ACs in some room will fail and you will have to deal with it, because you have paid all the money
4. Commitments are on paper but deliverables are missing.
5. Extra Towels, toiletries and room cleaning are all pain
6. Nobody to answer or hear your request
7. Total customer service failure and lack of sensitivity
8. Staff is helpless and rude
The Villa feel is totally missing, book at your own risk.
Wish they improve on service front 10 folds...

Inadequate Partking in the venue and Price point little high

We stayed for 1 N/D during Jan 15-Jan 16. Room is very clean. But there is no adequate parking. The staff say they have 10 rooms, but hardly 3 or 4 cars can be parked. The night duty staff woke me up two times, one around 5.45am and again at 7 am for moving my car since another big van need to be moved. However, there are no other complaints, staff are polite and good. Price point is little high as we came to know, if we had come straightaway without online booking (through Booking.com) the price would be atleast Rs 1000/= lesser. it is away from city and in the interior with no good restaurant or shops close by. Breakfast (South indian) is quite good.

The distance was too interiors

When the hotel is located interior than the main route, it should have some basic kitchen facilities. Bathroom and room amenities should be provided for the every1 staying in the room(we had supplies for single person)
