“The property is beautiful and well-maintained, but unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. Several commitments made by the staff were not fulfilled, and the overall attitude of some staff members was rather rude and unprofessional. A beautiful property deserves a much better level of service and hospitality. Also no complementary water.
