Really very impressive experience good atmosphere very clean and neat service and homely atmosphere good experience with my family food also very testy service persons also very frendly i suggested every family once visit and enjoyed the experience

Disgusting experience

I preferred this hotel because the owner is some Bhat from Udupi. But i am utterly dejected.
I am very very disappointed with the attrocious behavior of a lady by name of Nandini in the reservation.
She started yelling and shouting for no reason just because i was late by 30 mt in checking out. She has a bad mouth and uncouth behavior
She forced me to pay an extra Rs 400 to her personal account.
Very very bad behavior on her part
This is the proof of she having forced me to pay an extra Rs 400
ICICI Bank Acct XX448 debited for Rs 400.00 on 20-Nov-25; NANDHINI N credited.

We booking room in this hotel from 10 years bud nowadays it not maintained properly and staff are taking v are very sad

The Worst Experience

The worst hotel we went recently in september 2024, the staff and everyone were full ill mannered, we were a full group of ladies and kids only and hence i think that's why they behaved like this. the room service was also bad we didn't have dustbin and when we asked they were giving us excuses and all the staff who are working there only care about money. They couldn't even serve us food properly like once we have given the whole money then after that they were misbehaving with us sooo badly escpecially at downstairs there is a guy for taking orders, an old man with white pants and shirt, when we politely asked if there was Paneer Rice, he literally just raised his voice infront of everyone saying that this hotel is not our home and all this happened after we paid the entire amount. After that we couldn't tolerate anymore we just vacated and they didn't even provide us food that was available too, so we had to go to the next hotel for eating.
Even the bathroom was sooo dirty but we had to adjust because we came to see Tirupati Bhagwan so we tolerated.
Plus there are cockroaches too.
But try not to go to this hotel who want to have a peaceful stay.

The worst hotel in thirupathi, no proper maintenance
Plz don’t book room here . Unprofessional hotel management. Worst third rated hotel in Tirupathi no water management ( water problem) , electricity problem( no generator).
