A classic experience

Aroma classic hotel is situated at the heart of trivandrum city. Behind government secrateriate. A huge building of class and stylised rooms and restaurant. But there is not enough parking space for cars. I think that's the only negative mark in the hotel. Otherwise it's beautiful one in trivandrum. Very nice room service and foods.

The condition of the hotel and rooms were terrible, the pictures given in your website is too old. May be they have pictures taken when the facility was new and clean. I booked two rooms for Myself (including my infant son)old parents but when I went in to the room, it was such disappointment. Both rooms got Lots of mold,no proper housekeeping (even worried about bedbugs), old furnitures. Plus rude and irresponsible reception staff. I have pictures to prove the condition of this hotel if required I can share the same.

Disastrous Experience of Aroma Classic Days

This is not Hotel this is Dump of Garbage collection from entry to exit. Starting from Reception without any AC, Fan, illiterate reception staffs,then you enter the slowest lift where you have to wait for 30 mins for your chance then comes amazing landfill called room where you will be greeted with Dampness and Bathroom so called Drainage Room. The quality of bedsheets so worst beds are so dirty and room design is horrible. Never book this hotel better stay in Waiting Room of Station or in Airport. Stayed from 30-31st booked by Jatrik Travel Agency Kolkata. Ruining the image of capital city thjs building should be demolished.

"good facilities in prime location"

The hotel is in a prime location and most of the Government offices are just few minutes walk from the hotel. Good hospitality extended by the staff, well furnished and maintained rooms, multi cuisine restaurant, ample car parking etc are the main advantages of the hotel. I have stayed here few years back too but now they have improved in all aspects. It's a nice hotel to stay with family or for official purposes.

Guest experience.

I booked this hotel for my friends from Germany , 6 nights.
Hotel situated in a nice location.
The rooms are not in a good condition.
Breakfast is served in the room, there are no buffet service and wait long time for breakfast, not food service.
Bed is not nice.
This hotel is not recommended for European tourist.
