4* Hotel with the service of 5*

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Definitely in terms of service, it is the best. We booked 7 rooms as we were part of a wedding party and we put our British and European guests up here too - They all loved it. It's housed on the 3rd floor of a business hub in Adajan (one of the safest areas to stay in), which was better as it had a totally private entrance. As soon as we arrived, the staff took all of our luggage and safely placed it in our rooms. The rooms matched the photos we'd seen online so we knew what to expect. The view of the executive room were stunning as there is a Ganesh temple opposite and we had a direct view of the Tapi river. The food at the hotel was very tasty - I recommend the grilled cheese toasties with fries and any of the rice dishes because we ate quite a lot of them, but overall it was all great. There is a currency exchange downstairs and the hotel has a private car which we often hired; the driver is very good on the road and sensible too. The front desk was very helpful with our requirements and always managed to fulfil them because it was a wedding, we needed things like a tailor and hairdresser and car to pick up a cake and we managed to do it with ease because of the facilities. All the staff were pleasant and always smiling. My brother and his new wife stayed after the wedding and the room was beautifully decorated. The service we received here could have put any other 5* hotel to shame. And, of course, I would recommend.

Hotel Sadbhav Surat

I couldn't get it from the pictures that the hotel was inside a business complex. I personally never liked such setup and this stay reconfirms my belief. Hotel didn't have luggage pickup service so we have to drag our luggage from road till lift lobby. Thankfully taxi driver helped us with stairs. Then we have to do some room shifting as we were placed in a smaller room. Bathroom in our room was in a really bad shape. Looks like someone directed all his anger on our room's bathroom. Meanwhile AC in our room started leaking randomly. Sheets were not properly washed. I can keep on going but it was more of a poor selection on my part. I am sure hotel has a lot to offer to its right set of audience but maybe I was not the right fit here.
After being placed in a smaller room, we finally got the room that we've selected (apparantly it was somewhat premium room and they fail to mention it in booking app). Room was ok. Size was decent. Lacks cleaning though. View form the room was good. They have their own restaurant on the same floor so food was delivered promptly. With the kind of setup they have, food quality was also passable.

Average Hotel

Very Average Hotel not 4 star category Hotel not recommended breakfast is very very average not Upto the mark Hotel situated in commercial complex ambience is not good. Cleaners is average. Not recommended for family and friends because hotel passage is very congested and reception is very small but front office person is very good.

Excellent & well maintained hotel

Spent three nights at this small, unpretentious hotel and it was most definitely worth it.
The staff is very prompt and responsive to any customer requests. Since the hotel itself is small, the dining room is super tiny. The room is decently sized, well maintained and comfortable.

Outstanding

Stayed here for 1 night. The hotel is very good and staff is extremely hospitable. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone who visits Surat. The location of the hotel is also very, rooms are neat and clean, food also very nice, staff is extremely forthcoming and helpful. Overall - Outstanding Stay.
