Amazing service given by Residency Srinagar team

In feb we visited the hotel residency Srinagar the staff ensured a comfortable stay especially Mr bhat who take care of us Fo they also provided helpful suggestions for explore the beautiful place of kashmir the cozy ambiance of the room added to the overall charm of the experience. It was truly a memorable stay amazing hotel near of Clock towar

Only advantage is location, the hotel is nowhere near to what is depicted in photos.
It's an old property with non maintained rooms, bathrooms are way too small.
The hotel amenities (soap shampoo etc) are sub standard. Had to call multiple times to get a hair dryer.
They refused omelette in breakfast citing influx of guests.

Don’t ever book this hotel at any cost.

I want to request every guest not to book this terrible hotel at any cost. This hotel is completely disappointing. The room rates they charge are far too high compared to the poor quality they provide. At such prices, they neither offer good food nor proper services. The rooms are not good, cleanliness is poor, and even the linen is very dirty. Guests’ luggage is not handled properly, and there is no respect for guests’ privacy. The owner keeps entering rooms at night without concern, and there is no proper sense of safety in this hotel. The Wi-Fi is extremely poor, and veg and non-veg food are cooked together. The owner of this hotel, Imtiyaz Shah, does not behave properly with female guests and also does not respect female staff members. I would strongly advise that neither guests should stay in this hotel nor staff should go there for work. The owner and the staff behavior are both extremely unprofessional and disappointing. He also harasses female staff members a lot. He calls them into his office and keeps them there for hours, behaving in a very inappropriate and disturbing manner with them. The owner, Imtiyaz Shah, is an extremely ill-mannered and unethical person.
Don’t ever go to work in this useless hotel. They make the staff work hard and then swallow their salaries. The owner is a huge scammer. He built the hotel by taking away other people’s money and even cheats the staff out of their salaries. That’s why the hotel never has stable business. He makes people work for one month, then says there is no work in the hotel and tells them to leave, and after that he brings new staff and steals their salaries too. He is a fraudulent and deceitful person. His name is Imtiyaz Shah he is a very dishonest man. May Allah not even give him a place in hell.

Amazing stay at the Residency Kashmir!

I had a wonderful time at The Residency, Srinagar! The newly renovated rooms are beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect, with great views and easy access to the city. The food was delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommended for a perfect stay!

My memorable stay at “The Residency Hotel “ Srinagar .

At The Residency Hotel , we had a pleasant stay - all friends . 12 ppl in all . The rooms were cleaned on daily basis - we stay for 6 days . The toilets were well kept . Breakfast was just nice with hot made omelets… poori , Bhajji, and upuma. And tea at your request . Juices too . Dinner was hot and special special mention on the owner - and the team of workers - front office manager Sana were all like family in finding my lost Apple iPhone . Finally thru their cc-tv cam they got it for me in a matter of less than an hour after I complained!That again made 1 of the Happiest moment in my life . Thank you sir and ur team for the effort u took . Please keep it up and stay blessed . Thank you .
