Having worst experience

IAs a travel agent had group checkinn in this hotel on 24/11/2021 for two nights. But they served dinner to our clients at lawn in these cold days. They dont have proper restaurant. Also they have not proper heating arrangements in rooms. They have generator backup only for lighting purpose. I request tourism department kindly look into matter for basic ammenities a hotel possesses. Staff of this hotel is worst they told our clients carry their luggages by themselves and at checkout they even not helped them in loading the luggages on the cab. Before booking this hotel kindly check what you are booking.
