I recently had the misfortune of booking a travel package with aala travel and aala residency its not hotel its the home of aala travels owner converted in to hotel and displaying it 3 star hotel completely abnormal he even don't know how to speak with the traveller who come from long distance with family and these cheater
Away from the City and are frauds . They run travel business and Cheat the unsuspecting tourists . Beware of them and deal at your own Risk . I and my family were constantly harrassed and even were kept Captive by a hotel named Pahalgam Heights for about 3 hrs booked by them and on the last day of our trip the Driver also refused to drop us at the station in Jammu as he did not receive the payment . Bad experience altogether

Aala Tour & Travels J&K Review
To top it, the service was toooooo slow. Only person to serve all the rooms and he too ran away one night. Though the food was good, service orientation was bad.
No water in any of the taps in the morning. we had to wake up the owners to switch on the motor for water !
The driver given to us next day for visiting Sonmarg was pathetic who kept cursing Indian Army and the fact that he had to drive some extra miles because of them.
Our next stay was at Pahalgam Retreat and upon reaching there we were told there was no booking on our name. Aala tours had not confirmed our booking even though they had told us it was confirmed !
To make it worse, Aala team tried to stuff us into a sub standard hotel. It was only we resisted that they made us stay in a better hotel. Same happened in Gulmarg, where even though the hotel was confirmed, they charged us extra for one person's food even though Aala Tours had already charged us for the same.
The response from Aala team was that we have to deal with the hotel on our own.
They had taken all the package amount and were indifferent now to our troubles.
Despite repeated complaints, driver was not changed who spoiled most of our travel time with his constant cribbing.
Overall, going back on commitments, not responding to requests, poor service were hallmark of this package from Aala Tours. The fun we managed to have on this trip was purely because of our own family otherwise
Aala Tours team had ensured they got all their money for free. Felt absolutely cheated !
