Exceptional Kashmiri Hospitality.

My stay at this hotel was truly memorable. Kashmiri hospitality is outstanding and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely amazing, with great taste and quality.
All the staff were very polite, professional, and extremely courteous. I would especially like to appreciate the reception team—when I felt sick during my stay, they were incredibly helpful, caring, and supportive, which really meant a lot to me.
Although I don’t remember everyone’s name, I would like to specially mention Ms Mehvish,Irfan (FO) ,Azhar (Senior HK staff), Adil Hassan, and Musharaf from the F&B service for their excellent service and kindness.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to visit again.

Awesome

We stayed with family. It was an amazing experience. Cozy and spacious rooms. Delicious food and fast service . Neat and cleans property with good location. Group GM Mr. Shiv was very helpful and very nice person. Highly recommend
