Best Hotel of Silchar Town as of JULY 2018 @ 2432/- Single Stay Corporate Room (AC)

I don't know why people are not aware of this hotel.............. Earlier this property was a bank , now converted to hotel since last one year say MAY 2018 as per information............. If anyone for business travel want to stay than you can get 2432/- or nearer value Single Stay Corporate Room (AC) though online booking of various websites................. Newly made rooms , well painted , very good bathrooms , neat & clean.....But no food menu available to order room service , which they will take care as informed ..........Rest all fine , cachar club is too costly .......... Hopefully a good hotel .......... Its next to SBI, BANDHAN BANK , AIRTEL Showroom

Worst place

One of the worst hotel I had ever stayed in my life, if theirs is 0 star for rating system I would give 0 star overall. I don’t recommend any people who visit to Silchar

Third class hotel stay

It was terrible experience in the so called 3star hotel room service was -10 and food was bhayankar I order for butter chicken and i got rotten chicken nicely marinated in masala gravy never go der

Expensive hotel, poor service.

Month of visit: August, 2017
Has a restuarant. Extremely pricey.
Day 1: veg thali for lunch. Items included tandoori roti, mix veg curry, dal, rice, papad, pickle and cucumber-onion salad. Rate INR 150 per plate.
The meals arrived 30 min late. Average.
Day 2: Ordered 10 rotis, aloo dum curry and one chicken biryani. Food was good but very pricy again. Chicken Biryani costed INR 250, single roti was 10 INR each and aloo dum was 140 INR.
Price for tea 30 INR, coffee 40 INR, one glass milk 50 INR, basic Veg Thali 150 INR, special Veg Thali INR 200/-
Room rate: INR 1900+ taxes
About stay:
Pros:
1. Has an AC and a wall fan. So a life saver.
2. Day 2: water heater was provided to heat water for bathing. With AC on, kids were having harrowing time with normal water for bathing.
3. Hotel is located in town centre. Easy to avail local transport.
4. Nearby malls are located.
5. Room service was quick.
6. Has a seperate laundry service.
Cons:
1. Asked for extra pillow which needed to be replaced twice since only used soiled pillow were given.
2. Small closet available with only a single clothes hanger for a family of 4. Upon request got just 2 more.
3. Extremely small room for a family of 4.
4. Only one power socket apart from the one that connects the TV. So charging two mobile phones was a challenge.
5. Day 2: No provision for hot water. Only during winter geyser would be turned on. So had to get warm water to bathe the kids in the morning by calling the reception. Only half bucket boiling water was provided. Needed it for two of my small kids and wife who wasn't keeping well. Day 2 onwards a water heater was provided.
6. On day 2&3, there was no water in the bathroom. Had to call the reception to turn on the water to our room.
7. No newspaper provision to rooms.
8. Blanket provided hadn't been dry cleaned so it had a stench.
9. Towels were not changed on the third day even on request.
10. No card payment option was available due to network connectivity issues. Big negative.
11. Some rooms even had pillar in room.

Average Hotel

At Silchar your choice is very limited. Booked their height rated room. Room is clean, Ac was working. Food is not very good in taste, service is okay, at least some one was attending once calling.For one night it is manageable.
