Absolute Perfection – 11/10 Across the Board!

We had the absolute best experience here. Everything about this place is an 11/10 - the stay, the food, the incredibly warm staff, the stunning views and the overall vibes. If you are looking for a place to truly relax, unwind, and switch off from the world, this is THE place. Cannot recommend it enough

Beautiful, quiet place in Sikkim.

A beautiful, quiet place in Sikkim, I spent two weeks in the Bamboo Retreat in March 26 and felt very comfortable there. The hotel is located quietly and beautifully in the greenery in Rumtek, very close to the monastery – an ideal place to arrive, breathe, and experience Sikkim.
Especially lovely was the warm and attentive care from the entire team and the wonderful garden. For questions about excursions, drivers, or practical matters, help was always provided in a friendly and uncomplicated manner.
For anyone seeking nature, monasteries, tranquility, and a personal atmosphere, the Bamboo Retreat is a clear recommendation.

Bamboo Retreat Hotel

Beautiful location set in a garden with far reaching views to Kanchenjunga. Charming, friendly, helpful staff. Roaring log fire to sit round in the evening and delicious homemade jams for breakfast.
Very magical place to stay.

Thank you so much for your review - hoever, the mountain visible from our venue is Nathula marking the border between Tibet/China and Sikkim/India.
Khanchenjunga is not visible from Bamboo Retreat Hotel.
