The hotel is good ,the restaurant staff is good ,I would like to give good feedback for Aditi and Rinku they are very kind and helpful.They sever us to our table.very very satisfied,I will recommend my friends .thank you.

Worst experience with the hotel

This is our second visit to Shirdi and booked this hotel as recommended with our tour agent. The pictures as shown on the internet seems to excite but in reality I had a very bad experience with the hotel. I had a two day stay at the hotel. At the time of check in the manager gave us four rooms but all the rooms are very far apart even to an extent that two of the rooms were in separate building. The reason they gave was that their guest haven’t checked out from the hotel and they will provide us nearby rooms by evening of the day. Later they provided us 3 bigger rooms instead of 4 rooms but in a building where there is no other guest. The whole building seems to be empty even to an extent that there was no one at the reception desk of the hotel in night. The lift was not working most of the time which was very absurd and when we asked a guy from the hotel about the lift, he replied in a very bad manner. Also, we booked the rooms with complementary breakfast but when I asked them to provide us breakfast, they asked us to go to their different property for breakfast which was very much a bad experience. There is no security for the guests here and I won’t ever recommend this hotel to anyone of my known or even an unknown person.

Hotel Review

Found this Hotel with the best facilities ans in service on most competitive price. Really a " VALUE FOR MONEY " Hotel.Very near to the SAI BABA TEMPLE ALSO ON JUST FIVE MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE, Which is really very conveneint.

Terrible

This is not a hotel its a dormitory. No hygiene, no amenities, no housekeeping, old broken fixtures, tv which doesn’t work, old premises which smells a lot with mosquitoes for company. The hotel is always empty and on weekends u feel as you are the only guest because of its management.
Breakfast is ok but don’t know if its fresh.

Decent Hotel

Recently stayed at Reeva Suites and must say, its a decent hotel at calm location away from crowded area of Shridi. Few suggestions to the Management, TV provided in the living room but it isn't air conditioned, would request you to either shift the TV in bed room or provide AC in the living room. Also health faucets and shower holes needs to be cleaned and checked. Over all it was a good stay.
