Beautiful stay with kind people.

We booked the Master Suite. It is one of the best decisions we made. We loved every bit about the room. The ledge by the window where one can sit and watch the day pass. Beautiful sunrise without leaving the room. The owners do not use plastic and provided us fresh water in glass bottles. Exactly the kind of gestures we look forward to. Sustainable and thoughtful. Vivi's family and Juliana kindly provided us with transportation guidance and our supply of daily tea and coffee. Away from the bustles of the city downtown, this area offers a serene and quiet environment to unwind and pause between travels. We loved it.

One of the best and cleanest rooms in Shillong area

I stayed around 4 nights at this property in the month of Oct 2021, and must say amongst the cleanest and a very homely stay in Shillong. The rooms are very cozy and the host Vivi is a very courteous and passionate person who is very proud of her roots.
The rooms are very aesthetically done with good quality bed/mattress, bathroom fixtures etc. Vivi was very helpful with any queries I had, be it suggestions on places to visit, or how to get there or where to buy stuff from. She had it all covered.
The location of the place is easily accessible from main Police bazaar area. I shared cab can be found at just 30meters from the room and the cab charge around Rs30/ to get to police bazaar. In all takes around 15mins from room to Police Bazaar area.

Very pathetic guest house l.

Very pethetic guest house. Owners are too bad they dont know how to treat a tour driver. Not recommend for any tour operator. They dont deserve in service industry. You will get so many good properties except this one. location is pathetic.

Dear Mr. Mukesh.
It is your responsibility to have pre arrange your tour that is why we have tour operators. Or else what is the point of guest going through a tour operator in the first place. It is not the hotel owners responsibility to plan the tour for you and not the guest responsibility to pay for the drivers accommodation. Even through it all, we had arranged for the drivers stay in the same location but you were not ready to pay for his accommodation so he said he will sleep in his car because he was embarrassed with the whole situation. The guest were very disappointed with the way you arranged it. We are a family run bed and breakfast, not a hotel. And your behaviour is not acceptable.
