Terrible Stay at Hotel Radhika Palace, Satara.

Although this hotel is located in the heart of the city, it is not at all recommended by me. We booked 4 rooms via MMT for three days and we are allocated rooms on the 2nd floor with eldey members with us.We had a terrible experience with this hotel.
1. Totally unhygienic hotel. We found a mouse dead in the washroom bucket. No transfer of room given even after request for the change.
2. Rooms are not very clean and there is a stingy odour in the room. Beds are old and torn
3. Toilets are very congested and not clean.
4. There is no lift for elderly persons.
5. Room service is poor.They are not even servicing milk in the room.
6. Only the Thali system is available for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is okay,
7. They are not giving any service without demand
8. No wifi in the hotel.
Please avoid this hotel.

Waste of money

Extremely bad hotel room. We Stayed in room No 402. The furniture is in dilapidated condition. Toilet sink is broken. There is no dustbin in the room. Pillows are soiled and smelly. Simply waste of money! Other adjacent rooms are better as these are renovated. After repeated arguments the room was changed at 10pm

Worst establishment should be demolished.

I booked an AC room when I reached to Satara on emergency basis because rikshawala recommended (Needed Decent place to stay with family). Hotel charged me 2500 however if you book online you'll have to pay around 1500 (check my attached screenshot, I'll update my bill once checked out). This hotel is not worthy of my single penny. Ac dripping all the time, comode flush is dripping, shower is not repaired since ages. Please find my photos for your reference. In addition to all of this poor services, hospitality staff provide services like we're begging to them.. I ordered a bottle of water at 6:30 am but delivered at 7:09 am. I have tasted breakfast yet but not feeling too go for it....

An Average Hotel

The location of this hotel is good and central. Nothing much in terms of amenities. The staff is helpful. Wi fi connectivity was not provided even after asking for the same. Not recommended for families.
