Run-down hotel, bad management
To top it off, a front desk manager made racist and homophobic comments to us - the GM kindly apologized the next day to us, but then lied about some of the extra charges being credited on our final bill, as I realized upon checkout.
It took another call to rectify that, even though we had addressed it three times prior. The hotel itself needs a renovation badly, it is in bad shape - the food was decent - that said I will never stay there again.

Nothing International...Bus stop announcement ruins your sleep
Its right next to the bus stop and you can expect an alarm around 5.30 am of the bus stop arrival/departure announcements...you cant sleep beyond 5.30 am.
Early in the morning when called reception as there was no hot water they said would send someone...at least I called them 4 times to check...however no1 came...I finally walked to the reception to check...other guests were also seen complaining there is no hot water in the rooms...but the staff was least moved..inhouse restaurant taste is good..dont expect much here ..complimentary breakfast was ok...overall an ok stay for the price they offer.
If you seek comfort go for something else

Good Stay and Conference
AMAR sir is cooperative and friendly for help. Location is nearer to bus stand and parking good enough, Conference hall is good for corporate meetings...
