Maple wood

Very nice hotel. I had stay here for couple of days during when I was in Ranchi and I had booked this​ hotel through an online portal. It was our fantastic stay in this hotel. Staffs helped us very well

Horrible experience

Exorbitantly priced for the services offered. Misleads with the room rates. Food quality and spread is limited. Location is good, away from crowded center. Overall it's better to stay away from such misleading management and property.

Good budget hotel near Railway station

Maple woods is located near Ranchi Railway station but still far away from the hustle bustle of station. It's 10 minutes walk from station. There is KFC and dosa plaza very near to the hotel. The location is convenient and well connected.
It took 30 minutes to reach here from the airport.
I had booked for economy room with breakfast and dinner. The checking was quick and took hardly anytime. The reception was ok.
The room offered was twin bedded room. The room was spacious and was equipped with tv, mini bar and tea and coffee maker. Bottled water 1000 ml was given complimentary.
The room interior was average and the decor was somewhat gaudy. The room interior fails to impress. The bed was comfortable but linen looked stained. The Airconditioner was working fine. The TV was not working as tatasky package had expired. The tea maker too was in bad state and was not working properly. I had to call thrice at reception to replace the tea maker.
The sleep quality was good without any disturbances.
The bathroom was big in size. The towel was pale and dirty. toiletries too were provided.
Hot water was available round the clock.
The buffet dinner was horrible. It was very bad in taste and spread however the morning breakfast was good in taste.
The hotel offers all comfort but lacks in certain points like cleanliness, food and staff training. There are very less decent options to stay at ranchi. This property can fit your requirement of you want a decent room at good location.

Comfortable Rooms for an overnight stay

We stayed only for a short while. Checked in late at night and checked out early next morning. We had a comfortable night's sleep, thanks to the comfortable beds. Food quality was good, not great. Breakfast spread was good.
Overall a pleasant place to stay, right in the heart of the city.

Very clean rooms

I really liked my stay here in Maplewood. Our room was very clean. The receptionist was very nice and charming. He told us about all the nearby temples and places that we could visit and how to get there.
We only ordered room service once. We had ordered veg deluxe thali. The food was very freshly prepared. The service was a bit slow, but I didn't mind that once I had tasted their daal fry and panner butter masala.
