good place to hangout with family

It is a great place with a very good view they have many swings and different activities for kids it's a very good family place I will highly recommended to all those who wish to have a quiet dinner and enjoy with your family

Not worth a single penny. AVOID in all circumstances

ABSOLUTE NO to this property even if this is the last option available. This is one of the worst experience ever in a hotel. I don't know why Agoda is showing a rating of 4-Star for this hotel but this is not even worth 0.1 star
1. At the time of check-in AC wasn't working b'coz remote didn't had batteries
2. TV wasn't working b'coz connections were not made properly
3. No hand towel provided in rooms
4. Even though they committed free wi-fi but their rooms has no wi-fi connectivity. To access wi-fi you need to walk 300-400 meters to their lobby
5. They denied sending tea as room service in morning 7 AM, stating that they will make the tea only at 8:30 at the time of BF
6. Even though they have published BF timings starting 7AM, its not available until 8:30AM
7. Any requests made by you doesn't matter as they will allot the room based on their own choice. We requested for twin bed non smoking room but ended up getting a king bed room filled with cigarettes' smell
BETTER SLEEP IN YOUR CAR RATHER THAN CHECKING IN THIS HOTEL

Terrible place - Don’t visit

There is nothing good about this place. It’s on Mumbai Pune highway and you have the traffic noise constantly in the room. The rooms themselves are worse than basic. Non working air conditioning, to broken toilet windows to terrible mattresses. The only emerald is in the name.
Stay away! We are here and will leave and find another place to stay.

Relaxing and energizing

Its got wonderful ambience and the cottages are really exquisite. Its a must visit if you are in the locality for business or leisure. I found this hotel just a couple of hours before booking it and trust me I am glad I chose it. The food is genuinely tasty and the staff go all the way to make your stay memorable. I am sure once the pool is accessible it will be the Star attraction of the resort

Not worth

We checked in at 1pm but checkin was denied we waited till 5pm then they allowed us to checkin at 5.30pm..... some issues was on with mmt oyo and the hotel people..... after that hotel staff behaved wierdly since we booked at low rates thru mmt they didnot provide the service Properly more then manager mr patel was way to rude..... he didnot even on the water filter when we went in the pool.. he gave a silly reason stating thr is some problem in wires lol and later when other were in the pool problem was solved i believe......hahahaha..... pool size is good its huge enough, they club house with caroom- badminton-gym-pool table all in working conditions, rooms are also big and spacious, but for breakfast they have two option wada or upma and tea and coffee and yeah oats.... which aint enough.... and yeah restaurant food is very good restaurant staff was also very good..... but the managment staff is totally opposite...... please check with the hotel before u book.... it shud not happen to others we waste our 4hours coz of mmt and oyo.... hotel guyz allowed us to check in at 5.30pm but at the end of the day we suffered...... Hospitality is all what matters in hotel industry the service.....hotel kitna bhi clean rakh lo service nahi doge toh kuch matlab nahi....
