This property is better to be avoid to say the least.. we had horrific experience.. we changed room twice. Acts were not working.. imagine without AC in 40 plus temp.. they gave us fan which was making noise so much that you cant sleep
They didn’t the any room service , even for hot after , forget tea , snacks etc..
the front desk was not manned after 830pm and no keys were given.. no housekeeping staff to take care.. overall a horrific experience

Fresh Hotel, Needs Improvements

Freshly renovated hotel, clean and tidy. Rooms are comfortable, but the air conditioning is very noisy and hard to control—we even had to turn it off because it was too cold and loud. Internet is unreliable, and breakfast is not included. Overall an okay stay for the price, but these issues keep it from being higher rated.

Horrible place

Anyone checking in is totally unwelcome in this hotel. A guy named Afan is disheartened that you are checking in to increase his workload and will make you wait unnecessarily before initiating the check in formalities.
Then they forgot to send the luggage to the room and we had to go down and pick our luggage. There is no phone in the the room to call the reception.
The manager Jalal is nowhere to be found when you want to escalate. I have never seen a hotel with no phone. If the checkin experience is like this, I am wondering how the rest of the stay will be!!
Please dont waste your money on this hotel
