Completely Unhygienic and Disappointing

​I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip for a vacation, expecting a comfortable, clean environment. Instead, it turned out to be an absolute nightmare.
​The state of cleanliness and maintenance in the room was shocking and completely unacceptable:
​Severe Mold: The most horrifying part was opening the pillowcases to find the actual pillows covered in thick, dark mold and mildew. This is a massive health hazard, especially when traveling with children.
​Dilapidated Furniture & Doors: The wooden furniture and main doors were completely worn out, severely stained, and looked like they hadn't been cleaned or polished in a decade. The bathroom door was rotting and peeling at the bottom, making it look incredibly unhygienic.
​Poor Maintenance: Everything in the room felt broken down and dirty. Basic upkeep is completely non-existent here.
​MakeMyTrip should thoroughly vet the properties they list because what is promised on the app is a far cry from the unhygienic reality. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. It is not safe or fit for families.
​Zero value for money and a complete waste of our hard-earned vacation.

Terrible

This hotel is not suitable for good people to stay. The bathroom is very bad and the smell is constant. The receptionist and the workers are very rude. There is no car parking. Cockroaches are a nuisance all over the room. We had a terrible night.

It was so bad I found Cakroches all over. While sleeping one came on my Face.
I took Photos and Vedios of them and showed to Manager at Reception. Did not even say sorry.I still have vedio and photo if you need I can send them

Worst experience

They charged me 6200 Rs for single night stay.. Friday check in and check out Saturday..
They not even providing soap and towels for double Occupancy..fight and got... rooms bathroom not neatly maintained..not worth for 6k
1750 to 2000 is valued..
6k is loss for me
No car parking.....only 1ltrs complimentary water bottle for double Occupancy

Very disappointing & Unpleasant stay!

The service was very very disappointing!! Not even the essentials were given. To be more precise, there aren't even towels and tissues. I needed to go down to the reception and ask for the towels and tissues since the landline wasn't working either. The amount that we paid for the room wasn't worth at all. The following day in spite of asking to replace a used towel, they didn't bother, so we ended up using the wet towels for the next day as well. In addition to this, surprisingly they put the same bedsheet upside down so the minor stain that has on it can be covered by the blanket. Ridiculous though!!
Long Story Short.....
On the day we checked out, we spoke to the Hotel Manager, He was polite enough to tell us that due to busy and long weekends, the management was running out of laundry, and we were informed that there was only limited inventory the management had issued for the hotel.
POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!!
NOT WORTH THE STAY, SORRY TO SAY THIS, THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE IS NOT EXPECTED IN THE PRIME LOCATION.
