Nice Place to do any function

I was there for the engagement of my brother in law, This place is very good, it is located near on the main highway, Easy to reach.
As I entered My first experience was ok, because it was night and no one is at the hotel, except my family members, Since this place I think is in a society.
The problem I faced is as I was with my grand parents, for them it was hard to climb Stairs because there was no lift and they have to climb around 20 stairs.
But it's ok, Rooms were very good I must say, Big Rooms, Big Bathrooms with clean Towels, Rooms are very clean and everything is neatly placed.
About the room service, Room service is quick, call and within minutes the water is there.
The food they served is good, I liked the food, Everything they prepared is tasty no Complains.
Staff is good, Since it was a big function, I never came to meet many of them but I liked the service and all.
I must say the place is awesome, No lift and as per the construction its hard for them to install a lift now.
So 95/100, 5 gone only for lift, everything else is just perfect.
Thanxx for the lovely experience Kashish People. Looking forward to stay some other time also.

It was business trip for day only.

Very poor unprofessional people. No idea of hospitality business. Untidy rooms, noisy old AC, no towels, no slippers and poor toiletries. Only rooms are big but that’s not enough.

Nice professional place!!

I found this hotel through the net and booked for 2 nights in August 2016. I was travelling on behalf of my company and was looking for a good location as well as prompt service. To my surprise, Kashish Residency was able to deliver, since it is very near to the Sector-18 hub and the staff was very professional. The room was also quite clean and the food was nice too. I will definitely be visiting again whenever my company sends me to Noida.

Absolutely avoidable place

Kashish Residency is very unprofessionally run. While the room size is big, the maintenance is very poor, the bathrooms are dirty and have cobwebs, the WC is dirty, the linen is unclean and I suspect not changed after the previous guest vacates the room. I stayed there for 3 nights in early Jan 2016 and was appalled at the service standards.
I suggest don't book yourself in this Hotel. It is more like a badly managed family guest house.

Dear Guest, we are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our services.
However, we would like to point out that daily housekeeping is done at our hotel. The linen too is changed everday, even if the guests do not vacate the room. Maintenance activities are undertaken once every month too.
We once again express regret for the fact that you were dissatisfied with us, and thank you for your valuable feedback. We shall definitely work hard to resolve the issues highlighted by you, and sincerely hope that you will provide us with another opportunity to serve you.
