Excellent venue for a large gathering if friends
We had a school reunion of nearly 50 friends at this resort for 3 days in Jan23. Very good cooperation by the hotel staff. Clean spacious rooms for triple sharing, excellent amenities- Dj, Swimming pool, conf hall, spacious lawn for outdoor activities etc. Excellent location at the foothills of Hatgad fort, very close to Saputara without the restrictions of Gujarat...Good restaurant service. Everything you need to hv a rocking party with close proximity to the sightseeing of Saputara.

Please don’t waste your precious time even looking into their website
Rooms
Absolutely disgusting condition! The place was filthy, reeking of unbearable foul smells, with a dirty and stinky floor that made the entire environment extremely unpleasant. The smell was so horrible that even the room freshener couldn’t mask it. It was honestly nauseating, unhygienic, and completely unacceptable.
Nearby activities
There is absolutely nothing to do at this property. To make matters worse, there is a party hall within the premises where extremely loud music is played late into the night, making it nearly impossible to relax or get a proper night’s sleep. Instead of being a peaceful stay, the entire experience becomes exhausting and irritating. The constant blasting music, combined with the poor overall condition and lack of any meaningful recreational facilities, makes this place a terrible choice for anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, or a decent family stay. If you value peace, cleanliness, and a comfortable night’s sleep, stay away from this property.

Located in a remote area, the property offers a truly unforgettable “wildlife experience” — except you never asked for it. Mosquitoes, insects, and cockroaches seem to be permanent residents, ready to turn your supposedly peaceful night into a painful and frightening nightmare. Instead of a comfortable and hygienic room, you get an unwanted collection of creepy-crawlies as your overnight companions. This is not just unpleasant; it raises serious questions about the property’s basic hygiene, pest-control measures, guest safety, and overall maintenance standards. For a property claiming to be a “3-Star” establishment, this level of negligence is simply unacceptable. A hotel room should provide a safe and clean environment for guests — not force them to sleep while worrying about what might crawl out next. If this is their idea of hospitality, then the “3-Star” label clearly means very little.

I cannot comment on the food or drinks simply because I did not stay even for a single night. I had booked the property for 2 nights and 3 days on a MAP (Modified American Plan) with advance payment, but due to the extremely disappointing and unacceptable conditions, I decided not to stay. What was even more frustrating was the management’s attitude. Despite not availing the stay for even a single night, the management was unwilling to refund even a reasonable portion of the amount paid in advance. Their rigid and arrogant approach showed absolutely no consideration for the guest’s genuine concerns. Refusing to acknowledge the situation and hiding behind booking policies instead of trying to find a fair solution is, in my opinion, a clear reflection of the management’s arrogance and lack of customer empathy.
Noteworthy details
Overall, a deeply disappointing experience — not because of the food or drinks, which I never got the opportunity to experience, but because of the pathetic condition, unbearable environment, and extremely unhelpful attitude of the management. So, based on my experience, my honest advice is: don’t waste your time, effort, or hard-earned money even browsing their website, let alone making a booking. There are plenty of better options where your money is respected and basic cleanliness, comfort, and customer service are actually taken seriously. Save yourself the disappointment — look elsewhere.

I humbly request the Ministry of Tourism, FHRAI, and FSSAI to take appropriate action and conduct a thorough inspection of such properties operating under the so-called “3-Star” classification.
India is globally known for its hospitality, warmth, cleanliness, and humility. Properties that fail to maintain even basic standards of hygiene, guest comfort, and responsible hospitality not only disappoint customers but also tarnish the reputation of India’s tourism and hospitality industry.
I sincerely hope the concerned authorities will look into such complaints seriously, verify whether the property is actually meeting the required standards, and take appropriate action wherever necessary.

Don’t waste your money on this pathetic hotel—give it to someone truly in need instead.
A very disappointing experience from start to finish. The hotel was nowhere close to what was expected. The staff lacked warmth and professionalism, and the hospitality was far from satisfactory.
The food was disappointing, lacking both taste and quality. The room was not properly maintained, and the cleanliness and overall hygiene definitely need significant improvement. The unpleasant smell in the room made the stay even more uncomfortable.
The surroundings were not as peaceful as expected, with unnecessary noise disturbing the overall experience. The ambience was far from relaxing and certainly didn’t feel like a pleasant getaway.
Despite making the booking well in advance and clearing all the required dues, I had to check out immediately without staying even a single night, purely due to concerns about my children’s safety and the unacceptable room conditions.
There were multiple flies and small cockroaches present in the room, which made it extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic, especially when travelling with kids. Under such circumstances, I simply could not risk staying there.
I had specifically booked an MAP (Modified American Plan), but the hotel treated it as an AP (American Plan). I tried to clarify the issue with my Trip Manager over the phone and also at the hotel reception. Instead of handling the matter professionally and treating me like a guest, I felt as though I was being treated like one of their employees and was repeatedly pressured to accept their version of the booking.
Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. The hygiene, guest handling, and professionalism were far below acceptable standards. I would strongly recommend that families, especially those travelling with children, think twice before choosing this hotel.
Overall, a disappointing stay that did not justify the expectations. Definitely not recommended if you are looking for quality hospitality, cleanliness, good food, and a peaceful atmosphere.

Worst
Very disappointing stay – Far below 3-star standards
We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was far below what we expected from a 3-star property.
The hotel has two blocks – an old block and a new block. We noticed that the old block has serious maintenance and cleanliness issues, including visible salt scales and very dirty washrooms. This particular issue was not present in the new building, so I would like to make that distinction clear.
However, several other issues affected our overall stay:
1. The wash basins are located inside the room rather than in the washroom, which is quite inconvenient and not what we expected from a 3-star property.
2. The washrooms do not have exhaust fans, resulting in poor ventilation.
3. The room doors were jammed and difficult to operate.
4. There was no kettle provided in the room for hot water. When we asked for hot water, we were charged ₹40 for just one glass.
5. Hot water for bathing is available only during specific timings, which is inconvenient for guests.
6. The bed linen and pillow covers smelled bad and appeared dirty.
7. The floor of the room was extremely dirty — our socks became visibly dirty simply by walking around the room.
8. There was a DJ playing until late at night, making it very difficult to sleep.
9. Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms. It is available only on the ground floor.
10. We had booked 3 rooms for 8 people. When we requested an extra mattress, we were told that it would be charged separately.
11. While fasting, we went to the restaurant and requested a milkshake. However, we were told that the restaurant did not have a mixer or grinder to prepare one. This was disappointing, especially for a hotel restaurant that should be able to accommodate basic guest requests where possible.
For a property marketed as a 3-star hotel, we expected a certain minimum standard of cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, comfort and basic amenities. Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay felt considerably below that expectation.
The only major positive for us was the beautiful view from the front-side balcony.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience, especially considering the property’s 3-star positioning. The hotel needs significant improvement in housekeeping, maintenance, bathroom facilities, restaurant services, guest comfort and basic amenities.

Using old rules and not looking for individual visitor
Saputara location is ideal for people who want to enjoy a peaceful environment, but unfortunately, the hotel creates a lot of noise pollution using DJ, especially around dinner time very close to the restaurant.
We are unable to enjoy dinner properly and interact with the food service person due to unbearable noise from the hotel near the dinner place.
The heavy DJ noise from the hotel disturbs everyone when they go to the room to relax after a full day traveling, causing them to be unable to interact with family member.
When I spoke to hotel management, they were unable to help me and showed me the rules of the hotel for creating daily noise pollution by using the same repeated songs.
My time was wasted and I didn't get a peaceful environment because of the hotel.
Please update your old rules for every individual visitor, not just for those who enjoy songs that create unbearable noise, especially during dinner time, or create unnecessary unpleasant environments in the hotel room.
