A VERY ARROGANT GM Mr. Gurvinder Bagga....

So we bad booked for the 31st of Jan via Cleartrip, but had to head back due to personal reasons. We spoke to Mr. Gurvinder Bagga (GM) , requesting him to give us a credit note ( we understand that refund is not possible & would be unfair to expect one) of some kind so that we could use this on a future date. Leave alone the credit, HE DID NOT HAVE THE BASIC DECENCY TO EVEN CALL BACK - THIS IS AFTER HE SAID HE WOULD THINK OVER THIS !!!! When i called him the next day, he said he was busy & he would call back, STILL AWAITING THE CALL !!!! A VERY ARROGANT INDIVIDUAL, SPOKE VERY RUDELY TO ME & MY WIFE AS WELL. We have frequented this place a few times in the past ( you can check my review). HE HAS ENSURED WE DO NOT GO BACK THERE !!!! SAD TO SEE A GOOD PLACE LOOSE BUSINESS DUE TO A VERY POOR BEHAVIOR FROM THE GM.

While hotel looks good with proper bathrooms and good option in breakfast. On day one mosquito troubled us on complain they have resolved the problem.

Superhero Mr. Keeth

The hotel overall was just okay. The front desk staff were helpful and courteous, but the room itself was average. I would rate the room 2/3 due to a few issues—there was continuous water running from the flush, which kept us awake on the first night, and the tea kettle was not properly cleaned.
The best part of this hotel is definitely the staff. They were extremely polite and supportive throughout our stay. I am giving a special rating of 4 to Mr. Keeth, who works at the restaurant. Seeing him work with such passion truly made us feel good. He is a real gem for this hotel, and his hard work is clearly visible to everyone around him.
Whenever I visit Nasik again, I will definitely come to the restaurant—either for the service or just to meet him. Watching him work so passionately reminds us that we can always do more and give our 100% to whatever we do. Hats off to Mr. Keeth for his impeccable service.
*And if the owner is reading this please get your property renovated as it has more potential good location and excellent staff.*

SUPER CLEAN and MODERN ROOMS

SUPERB HOTEL....
Super clean linen, Reasonably priced,
It has very modern rooms...we just loved it.
Very Polite and efficient staff.
We have stayed here many times before too.
Service is good.
Nashik has a lot to do. We went to see the caves.
During rainy season, plenty of waterfalls and rivers.
Pleasant weather during winters.
