clean , safe and comfortable
The rooms were well maintained and clean , food was good the hotel is at main road so not much hassle to go to nearby places .
Staff is polite , Need more parking space as it was almost sold out for 3 days of our stay to we have to move our vehicle to clear the parking space but manageable.
Overall the stay was good ,safe , comfortable

One of the best hotel in bhimtal region
We were welcomed by the owner (ayush) he and his staff took great care of us karan specifically
The food was good we stayed here for one night more and explored the nearby places we went to naukuchhiya lake nearby and to hanuman temple.
The location of the hotel is good as it is in the main road to naukuchiyatal lake .
About naukuchiatal its a hidden gem you must visit as the place is not that much crowded and you can find small hotels and you do not have to pay those highly expensive prices of hotels in nainital .

Have a fantastic n a memorable stay
Rooms are spacious, clean n cozy.
Food is tasty n service is really good.
Feel like as if we are in a beautiful banglow surrounded with hills

Understaffed, unprofessional and unhygienic
We booked 2 deluxe rooms but got 1 room bigger than the other and nothing was done about it. The manager/welcome staff said this is all they have, take it or leave it, but we had already paid in advance. The showers didn't work in either room and took forever to fill the bucket as well and constant power cuts. However they were prompt with their power generators.
We stayed there because there was just this 1 staff, Kunal may be 14/15 years old, always wore a smile on his face and was super intelligent and funny at the same time. He alone was taking care of a packed hotel and did chores like bringing luggage to room, taking orders, delivering, cleaning, clearing etc etc, SINGLE HANDEDLY. The hotel only had staff of 4 people including Kunal, Manager, dish boy and a chef.
This is a leased property and the current owner has couple of more properties, he couldn't care less and only came in to talk to us on last day once we said we will share the photos of the kitchen online.
Even Kunal is leaving there in couple of days since he is going back to school, so I'd suggest not to waste your time here.
