Perfect destination for family

The villa is equipped with all the facilities. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Staff was very cooperative and available 24x7. Food was excellent with wide variety. The villas is well connected with main road. Overall, it’s a perfect destination for family vacation.

Excellent stay for group vacation

Had a memorable and excellent stay at property. Well located with a sceneric view of the valley. Property is located at decent distance from nanital lake and kaichi dham.
We took 2 bhk villa for stay. Villas are very well managed and are of decent size. Surely bigger than others as i had stayed previously also in villas of region.
Mukesh and team are on toes to give you best service. Throughout my stay service never disappointed.
Hope to visit propert again.

Karinya Villas "Great place to visit with family"

I must compliment entire team of Karinya Villas(Caretaker n manger Mukesh Ji, cook sonu, service boy Vikram) for their great hospitality and polite behavior.. This property I have visited twice in last several years and our experience was amazing for its ambiance and food..
Last but not least I would like to put my sincere appreciation for the owner(Harish Ji) of this property who managed his property and guest beautifully..

Most amazing place to stay in whole Nanital region,

Stayed last year November for 3 days and visiting again this November.
If you wish to stay close to nature and in a peaceful surrounding, your search ends here.
Staff is very polite, helpful and friendly.
Best part is you can stay with you pet here in whole villa.
Visit this place and you will feel the difference from other properties.

Good value for money

Amazing location with a 360 degrees view . We stayed for a month and didn’t feel bored for one day . Staff is extremely courteous and the owner is always in touch to ensure good service to guests . You get a homely environment . You can do lot of treks and visit to a river is a must. Would definitely come back
