Pathetic experience with reservation team
we have booked the hotel in advance but not confirm our booking , at the last moment we suffer amy problem in bhimtal finally wer got best hotel compare maya residency
please ignore all tourist & travel agent

Your booking was never confirmed as you haven't paid the advance even after collecting the full payment from your client. But we still we kept on emailing and calling you till a day before check in with no response from your end.
We hope that all guests and travel partners who are reading this review must understand that the bookings are done with financial commitments only.

The stay cost us double because we lost our tab from room and never found

Many thanks for your feedback. When you checked out of property after 3 days, we ourselves had informed you that you have left your charger in room. Had our intentions were wrong we wouldn't even have called you for the same.
We truly understand your loss but still strongly believe that it have been lost somewhere else as we take pride in our staff's honesty.
