NEVER EVER GO EVEN IF STAY IS FREE

We stayed in room number 309 -310..We almost took 2 hours to get the room cleaned still it was horrible…One of the most shady place I have ever stayed..Would just say don’t even think about it..The list is long but photos attached would be able to describe the same..Terrible..No clean water to bath, bad bathrooms, bad smelly unclean room with spider webs and smell. TERMITE ALL OVER..No proper charging points, switches or air conditioner..Room service terrible. Bad bed he heets pillow covers.. WE HAD NO option but guys don’t even think about it at staying here..We Di’s complaint to the authorities but nothing Di’s really work.

Worse experience

Stay from 11th April to 13th April 2025:-
1 - Worse Food Quality & they are not able to handle the crowd even, you’ll take 2 hours to finish your breakfast & dinner because of unavailability of food. Also there are very less options for food.
2 - Pathetic rooms condition, toilet flush was not working, toilet & balcony locks was not working & we were forced to use other room’s washroom. The room & washroom both were smelly.
3 - The property temp. Owner Ritu is not at all responsible person, she had multiple discussion with us before the booking & she assured us that, your stay will be pleasure, but after booking, she was even not bothered to take our calls & complaints.
4 - Property GM Suresh was not able to manage the crowd & I think he doesn’t know the meaning of “Hospitality” word. For every complaint, he was like, what can I do?
5 - No child safety railing in balcony.
6 - Pool was good, Property space is good.

Poor experience at soho resort

Poor housekeeping. No water is provided in the room post multiple Poor service, staff is rude. Food is repeated in lunch and dinner. Washroom is not that good with water leaks. Room is spacious but floor is broken with multiple cracks. Also location is very far from Corbett park.

Poor experience would not like to stay here

Very poor Service. House keeping not cooperative. Not even providing cool water. After calling numerous times person comes to give normal water and then disappears. Big rooms but AC not working properly. Worst cooling. Room cleaning not done at all.
