Not Worth the Price – Service and Maintenance Need Serious Work
While the property looks new and appealing from the outside, the service quality is far below expectations. Internet connectivity was almost always unavailable — it worked only when we called the staff to inform them, and even then, it would drop frequently. To make matters worse, the landline in our room didn’t work, leaving us with no way to contact the front desk.
Basic amenities were neglected: towels were not properly cleaned, room cleaning requests went unanswered, hand towels and water bottles were never replaced, and the kettle provided was broken — even the replacement didn’t work.
We also experienced a power cut at night, and the entire cottage went pitch dark. With no working phone, we had to walk to the front desk at 9:30 PM with our kids to report the issue — something no guest should have to do.
We were two families traveling together, and both of us felt the experience was far below acceptable standards for the price charged. The so-called “swinging bed” in one of our rooms was unstable and kept moving all night, making it impossible to sleep. It really feels like the resort has been opened too soon without proper readiness or attention to detail.
Even the interiors were unfinished — with incomplete wall drawings, creaking cupboards, and poorly placed air conditioning (installed outside the bathroom, leaving the sleeping area humid and uncomfortable). The pillows were equally bad and added to the discomfort.
Overall, it was a very poor experience, and we would not recommend staying here until the management addresses these serious issues.

A Pleasing Escape with Room for Improvement
The rooms were another plus: spacious & neatly arranged.
However, my otherwise positive experience was dampened by the restaurant service. Despite the inviting atmosphere and promising menu, the service was consistently and, at times, frustratingly slow. When it comes to the Restaurant - they are very understaffed. Meals took forever to arrive, and it was difficult to get the attention of staff for basic requests. This detracted from the overall enjoyment of dining at the hotel.
In summary, if you’re looking for a hotel that offers beautiful surroundings, lovely gardens, and clean, comfortable rooms, this place is a solid choice. Just be prepared for leisurely-paced meals and bring a lot of extra patience to the dining room. With some improvements in restaurant service, this hotel could truly offer a top-tier guest experience.

Our Breakfast
The Hotel gives an ethnic village atmosphere with large trees and green lawn.
We reached the hotel at around 10:30am for breakfast, but unfortunately the breakfast was almost over, but the staff warmly managed to arrange for fairly good dishes like Masala Dosa, Idli-Vada and Coffee.
My wife and daughter enjoyed the open lawn.
It was a good and memorable experience.

Cozy well maintained place on highway
Good dinner, good breakfast and very good service made our stay very comfortable.
