Comfortable and safe stay
I booked with Goibibo and got really good discount.Its a newly built property,Rooms were neat and clean,its near metro station,situated at very convenient location and with good parking facility,i feel it is worth...looking forward to visit again....

Unprofessional hotel staff
Booked online for a night stay in this OYO hotel through Yatra. But the person in the hotel could not find the booking reference even after showing the online print out from OYO. Not sure how YATRA/OYO manages the hotel online bookings. After 1 hour of shouting and showing proof of online booking printout, the hotel accepted to enter , at night 2 am. I 'll never stay in this hotel again

Terrible hotel and unprofessional staff
Dont consider this hotel for a early morning departure or late arrival flight. These guys suck and will make your pre/post travel hell.
Had booked this hotel from #oyorooms considering their standard quality check and reviews. But booking this hotel was a biggest mistake i made.
My flight arrival was at 1am midnight so thought of staying a night at a near by hotel as had to do an onward journey. After reaching the hotel at 2am, I get to know that the room is not available. The staff asked me to checkin to a near by #oyoroom hotel just opposite to their hotel as they had reserved a room there for me. When we (hotel staff & myself) went there, even the another #oyorooms hotel was full and didn't had rooms available. The two staff members started cursing each other but that wasn't helping.
Then staff of Hotel Avenue told me to join him for next hotel. we kept walking for another 300 mtrs. He kept saying the hotel is just ahead. It was too much for me and asked him to cancel the room and make a refund. Initially he agreed and we were back at Hotel Avenue. The staff member spoke to the owner and owner asked him to shift me to another hotel as the refund was not possible as the payment was done online.
The exchange of words went on for couple of more minutes with Hotel Avenue staff and i agreed to check the next hotel. The staff member took me to another hotel. This last hotel was a shady looking place, thats when i decided to abandon Hotel Avenue staff. By this time it was 3.15am. I booked a cab and returned to airport and waited for dawn. Meanwhile called #oyorooms and informed about the incident, they initiated a refund. a bad night ended.

Very nice budget accomodation
Location : On walking distance from Sakinaka Junction / Metro Station. 15 minutes drive from Mumbai Domestic / International Airport.
A newly built property with nice and clean rooms, crisp bedding, smiling staff and good value of money. Room was a bit small but had almost everything required. Bedding was neat and clean and was comfortable. Aircon was very good. Bathroom was clean. The only drawback was complimentary breakfast. I was told that its egg day today and i can get only bread and omlette in breakfast. i ordered for an omlette but what i was served was a french toast. neither salty nor sweet. so they need to work on this.
