The best place

The best one for any party, family function.Club Emerald is a wonderful place to relax and unwind with family and friends. The ambiance is pleasant and well-maintained, and the facilities are excellent. From recreational activities to dining options, everything is thoughtfully managed. The staff is courteous and supportive, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s a perfect spot for leisure, celebrations, and quality time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, fun, and a refreshing environment.

Not good experienced

First of all, this is club not hotel. Rooms are not up to the marks. Still have old kind of furniture. Breakfast is not good and up to the mark.

Not ideal for tourists, away from everything, most Uber couldn't find it.
Pool was dirty and once was told couldn't use it. No loungers to sit on.
Cafe was never open.
Its a local hotel for Indians food was very average.

A horrible place for events.

It was an horrible experience. The DJ was just like a street player. In fact they were interns, least interested in operating. The laptop was missing, they were not aware about the sound connectivity. The staff and the management was pathetic. Mr. Vishal has totally spoiled the event. He does not deserve to be here, he should be in training center. No logistic, no documentations. He spoke with us in a sharp tone. Never visit this place.

Expedia lies when it states that hotel provides ride to and from airport. Site even states that if there’s no ride then client is compensated Rs 1110 each way to and from airport. Despite my call ahead n from airport n at departure no ride or adjusted compensation in bill. I only picked this hotel since this was mentioned in details st Expedia. No AC OR ANC IRON in room.
