About one and a half years ago, I stayed at this same hotel in Rooms 101 and 102 on the ground floor. Those rooms were among the best, and the package cost only ₹1,500–₹2,000.
Today, however, I've been given a room on the third floor that is extremely small and poorly maintained. Even the bathroom is in terrible condition. I frequently stay in Delhi, and hotels charging ₹1,500–₹2,000 offer rooms that are far better than this.
I'm genuinely shocked that this room is priced at ₹2,500 + GST. I never expected such a poor-quality room from a hotel where I had such a pleasant experience in the past.

"Unprofessional Staff and Horrible Room Conditions – Worst Stay Ever!"
I recently had the worst experience at Hotel Drive Inn, Moradabad, during a business trip. The attendant, Amit at reception , was completely unprofessional and had no idea how to handle corporate clients. Check-in was slow and frustrating, and I didn’t feel welcomed or valued as a guest.
The room I was given was even worse. The furniture was damaged, and there was an unbearable smell in the room, making it impossible to relax. The entire space felt dirty and poorly maintained. For a hotel that advertises itself as business-friendly, this was a huge disappointment. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially for business travel.
