Budget Friendly and fit for friends

I visited Krishna Hotel and my experience was good.
The rooms were tidy and they also maintained the whole area well.
The pool was clean too and their staff was courteous.
It rained throughout the weekend. There was fog and the area was very cold. We had an amazing time.
It rained heavily all throughout the weekend and the entire area was foggy and cold.
We initially had walked from the entry point of Matheran to the hotel and it took us 30-45 minutes.

hotel is nice but management problem-may 2015

i book on phone advance also paid but in summer time v r going then no water for bath also n manager is very rudely talk with us v are all ready coming from a.bad to mumbai n after mumbai to matheran,v r tired but no water in hotel for bath n fresh n up v wait 2 hr again after i talk with manager how long for water then manager n other also his some friend like fight with my husband,they have swimming pool but no water in pool,he told me in summer have problem but other hotels have full water in swimming pool only hotel krishna have water problem in summer,food is nice but first impression is last impression like that,v r going may-2015 but i m very disappointing now after 2 years ready to write review...:(

Avoid this place

Looks beautiful from outside but when it comes hygiene, it's not in their dictionary. The rooms are dirty, smells as if its been long that they have changed bedsheets, pillow covers. The bathroom does not have a knob or even the exhaust window connecting bathroom is broken and they don't worry about it. The moment the bathroom gets dry, the ants come in gang and enter your room and make you feel as a guest in their room

Worst hotel ever.

Was here with a group of 15 people, One of worst hotels, ever visited. The manager is rude and arrongant, doesn't know how to talk. Rooms were dirty n stinking, water was dirty. The only thing good about this is the swimming pool.

Pathetic hotel and management EVEN DO NOT GO NEAR THIS HOTEL

Note : The Only reason we stopped there was we had no option.
The staff at this hotel (specially manager) are the most unpleasant and unhelpful...They do not like you to complain, they will not deal with your complaint.
Dirty, dusty unkept and rude staff, we have order food (200rs each plate - not worth for 100rs even) @9:30 we finished our dinner by 11pm even with the empty stomach. after that when we asked for bed sheet/pillow he told our staff is having dinner so please wait. so we have waited for another 30 mins to get bed sheet and pillow.
And even after long waiting we got tattered bed sheet (refer attached snaps)
I most certainly would have, and even seriously considered sleeping on road side. if we were not with family.
DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE!
