Worst hotel
They act like we had dream stay with this hotel tired class to tired class in 20 clients all are scolding them and bcz of like this hotels manali get worst exprnc

Worst than Terrible Stay with Ruthless Management
Check in: 1. No welcome drinks were served
2. Room was in terrible condition and the towels provide us were used as their was hair in it which eventually we got changed with new ones after a huge argument and food was terrible.
3. *Biggest blunder they made was that they lost my Laundry*
I gave my laundry on 25th morning and it was promised that it will be back next day before 12 noon. We followed up after 12 but the staff didn’t even bothered to listen to us and kept hanging up my phone.
Later the Owner Keshav told us that the laundry might got misplaced and you have to go down to Manali Market and check for your laundry. He gave us a 3rd class bike with no gloves and it was snowing on 26th Dec.
I checked the entire laundry and couldn’t find the clothes wherein the Laundry guy told us that we didn’t recieved any guest laundry from your hotel yesterday so with no option we returned back to the hotel.
On the way back the bike got stopped as there was no petrol in it. Are you kidding me, in the middle of snow I am with a bike with no petrol and i have to go back by walk in rain + snow showers.
I came back to the hotel and there was no one to even apologise for the blunders they made.
Same evening we spoke to the Owner and he made
I only brought one jacket with me and that too got lost by these people.
27th Evening again i went to the Owner to enquire and he said that they didn’t find it . We tried contacting the other lady owner but she didn’t bother to recieve our phone call.
Later Keshav ( Owner ) started shouting for the reason that we are complaining about their mistake and he literally said that I don’t listen to anyone I am the owner. Which he paid back
We came back to our room with threats
This was not the end and at 11pm in the night he called us back to the reception to speak to the lady manager and i spoke to her over the call in my room as it was freezing cold at reception.
Now the same lady who promised to take out solution for us has lost her mind as the other owner paid us for the lost jacket. The lady started fighting in such a manner just like a Ruthless person who wants his money back.
She literally said that youR Monte-Carlo jacket was old and we will only pay you 50% of the amout and if you don’t agree to that then we will kick you out of the hotel in middle of the night.
I was shocked to hear this statement from a lady who was acting so professional the other night.
We told her that we will leave the room at the same moment but you have to refund our room charges to which Keshav ( owner ) said that you have to leave the room in neat and clean condition and the shampoo should be filled also the towels should be cleaned by you. Is this even a joke.
You made our stay not just terrible but full of threats.
You made lot of mistakes and when we asked you for the solution you stated shouting and giving threats to throw you out in the middle of night where the whole Manali is sold out and temperature is 1 degrees or even less.
I still consider this to be a nightmare and can’t forget about that night.
I know they wont even bother to read this and extend an apology because these people are arrogant and unprofessional who don’t know what to do and when to do.
