Great place to hangout.
Bro's Hostel is the best place to hangout. It has a very nice location and service. The beds and rooms were clean and comfortable.
The cafe owned by them also had a great decor and the staff was also good. I and my family overall had an amazing experience over there.

Unsafe for female travelers | Owners are imposing and always intoxicated | Dirty rooms covered in stains
If I start, it's gonna be trouble for the hostel owners.
FEMALE TRAVELERS, DO NOT STAY HERE! THE OWNERS ARE A BUNCH OF CREEPS!
I'd like to begin with the owners, who do not care about cleanliness and servicing, let alone the manner of conversation with guests.
We took 5 bunk beds for 3 nights, and the room was not cleaned or attended to once. I'll leave this here.
Moving on, there's car parking within the hostel premises, but wait until your car is trapped with other people's cars parked behind it. What happened with us was that we told the owners that we'd be leaving early in the morning, to which they agreed. However, around midnight, we were called back home because of some situation. So, we informed the owner that we'd be leaving immediately, and they helped us with the car parked behind our vehicle.
These owners were not interested in our situation and were rather busy luring female guests, having a private party with them, and whatnot.
THERE'S A GUY WITH LONG HAIR AND BEARD! If you're a female guest, stay clear of him and another guy who wears spectacles. This long-haired guy asked us to stay until the morning and not leave—I mean, the audacity.
In the end, we had to call the local guy ourselves to move our vehicle out.
This cafe is a complete disaster, and the representatives don't know how to run it.
Just know, if you're a FEMALE TRAVELER, stay clear of this hostel and the owners, for they will try to get a bit too personal in every sense.

So you made a long detailed review about our hostel. We would like to do due diligence to your review and speak our side!
1. Rooms that were not clean : We had the room thoroughly cleaned when you guys checked in. If you did notice anything wrong you were welcome to speak out then. Other days room was locked since you guys were out. We couldn't possibly clean the room without your permission.
2. Unsafe for Girls: You guys are creeps. As simple as that. Comments you made about our female guests were overheard. We had to close the cafe at 11PM. Our female guests felt unsafe around you guys. We had 7 girls that day and not one wanted you guys anywhere near them. We have CCTV recordings along with audio to back it up. Coming from a place without any basic decency we feel bad for guys like you. The 3 days you stayed with us were hell for us too. We tried our best but we would rather not host people like you again.
3. Car Parking : You informed us explicitly your car will go out at 7 A.M. Knowing fully well there were 3 cars behind you, you made the decision to go for a trip at 2 A.M. We had no reasonable liability to entertain your wishes but we still did.
About intoxication, welcome to Manali. You might have never experienced it before but we like to work hard and party hard. At 2 A.M. we are allowed to be drunk. We are humans too and have our own personal lives. We can't be serving guests 24 hours a day.
Writing a long review with misleading wording is easy. We try our best each and every time. We will get past this and come out better. Thank You for making us realise how fake people can be behind a screen. Cheers, Bros Hostel ❤️

booking cancel by property owner
I made trip plan for manali so I booked 4 bed in bros hostel through hostelworld. my booking got confirmed by the houseworld but when i contact to property owner he refused to accept the booking and cancel my booking by saying that we are full in given date. I was trying to reach hostelworld but didnt find any customer care number. I mailed them but they hardly reply. what should I do now?

Amazing place
I visited Manali this summers with my family. I stayed in bro's hostel for 3 days because of some acquaintance. The location and the ambience of the hostel is great. It also has an amazing view of the mountain ranges.

Bros hostel
Service is really good of bros hostel bunk beds are nice. View from the rooftop cafe is fabulous.
Food is awesome, you can enjoy your meal with mountains. You can enjoy the view of Hamta pass and especially in monsoon the beauty of valley increases and you can have only from bros hostel.
